Inmovilizar iconos escritorio / Freeze Desktop Icons

Si tenemos varios monitores, portatiles conectados a una pantalla, o cambiamos habitualmente de resolución, los iconos de nuestro escritorio suelen cambiar de posición. Para bloquearlos, realizamos lo siguiente:

En Inicio - Ejecutar, escribimos regedit, aceptar y seguimos la rama:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER / Software / Microsoft / Windows / CurrentVersion / Polices / Explorer

En el panel derecho hacemos clic con el ratón derecho para crear una entrada nueva.
Click en Nuevo y luego en DWORD, Ponemos el nombre NoSaveSettings.
Luego hacemos doble clic sobre la nueva entrada y le damos el valor 1. Aceptamos y salimos del registro.
Importante reiniciar para ver cambios. Hacemos lo mismo y ponemos valor 0 para deshacer cambios.

Problema color de fondo iconos escritorio / Problem desktop icons background color

Por defecto, Windows XP pone como color de fondo a los textos de los iconos del escritorio, el mismo color que el escritorio. Si ponemos como fondo de escritorio una imagen, el aspecto presentado, con rectángulos de color sobre los que queda el texto, resulta deteriorado.
Para eliminar el color de fondo y que el texto quede directamente escrito sobre la imagen de fondo, procederemos como sigue:
Pulsar el botón Inicio - Configuración - Panel de control - Sistema - Abrir pestaña Opciones avanzadas - Botón Rendimiento - botón Configuración
Marcar la opción Usar sombras en los nombres de los iconos del Escritorio.

En caso de que siga sin quitar el fondo de los iconos. Probar esto:

   Pulsar el botón Inicio - Configuración - Panel de control - Pantalla - Pestaña Escritorio. Personalizar escritorio.

   Pestaña WEB. Desactivar “bloquear elementos de escritorio” o destildar si hay un elemento Web activo.
